Online Return/Exchange Policy:
To return/exchange your order:
Email us at email@example.com immediately to let us know that you wish to return/exchange. If you wish to exchange sizes, please include size information so that we can check inventory. We will respond to you within 24 hours!
Return must be received by Suede Boutique within 14 days of being delivered to you.
All Returns will receive either merchandise credit or should you wish to exchange, we will refund if you have already placed a new order. The only way to guarantee that you will receive the correct size is to place an new order while your return is being processed, we are unable to hold merchandise.
All return shipping charges will be your responsibility.
If you believe you have received defected or incorrect merchandise, you must email Suede Boutique within 7 days of the package's original delivery. You have 7 business days to contact our customer service line if you believe you were not shipped an item in your order.
If an order needs to be canceled for any reason (and has not already been processed), the customer is subject to a 10% restock fee.
